The site is fully owned by Groupe JLF, in addition to all rights relating to it. Any reproduction, either in whole or in part, always requires permission from the owners. However, hypertext links to the site may be made without any specific request.

14 day Money Back Guarantee: you can return your order, in the same condition in which you received it (i.e. in the original packaging, having not used the products), within 14 days from the date of its receipt. You will then be reimbursed by check or bank transfer within 14 days of proof of returning the goods (the amount refunded: amount of the goods and the price of standard delivery)

Do not accept any parcel that has been opened or which is damaged; otherwise, no appeal may be made to the carrier.

Shipping and packaging costs vary according to the place of delivery and the weight of the package according to the COLISSIMO pricing scale.

1. The Customer

The Customer declares that he/she is a physical person who is at least 18 years old and who has legal capacity or who has parental authorization, enabling him/her to place an order on the site. When the Customer’s personal data is recorded in the "my account" section, the customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the required data that is submitted. Groupe JLF reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer’s IP address is domiciled in a country other than that of the billing and/or delivery address.

2. Acceptance of Terms

At the time of ordering, the customer acknowledges having read and understood the special terms of sale laid out on this screen and expressly accepts them without reservation. These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between GROUPE JLF and its customer, and both parties accept them without reservation. These general terms and conditions shall prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document, unless prior express written consent is obtained.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described on the site. Groupe JLF takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of these products so as to best meet the customer’s demands.
However, it is possible that non-substantive errors may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
Photographs illustrating products are not contractual. If errors are introduced therein, in no way will Groupe JLF’s liability be entailed.
All products offered are available in our warehouses.

4.  Order

Taking orders on the Site is subject to the procedure established by Groupe JLF, enforced by a series of different steps that the customer must follow in order to validate his/her order.

The customer will have the opportunity, before finally confirming his/her order, to check its details and total price, and to correct any potential errors, before confirming it and thereby expressing his/her acceptance. Every order confirmed by the Customer implies a sales contract and acceptance of all the provisions therein.

Groupe JLF confirms the acceptance of the customer's order by an email, which summarizes the order (products, price, quantity, etc.) to the email address it has given. The sale will only be concluded after the order has been confirmed.

For this purpose, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by Groupe JLF of the content of his/her order.

Groupe JLF reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment relating to a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when committed by the order, commits him/her: if there is a mistake made in the delivery address, the seller cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver the product.

5. Delivery

After confirmation of the order, GROUPE JLF agrees to deliver to its carrier, all items that have been ordered by the buyer within a maximum delay of 5 days. The carrier undertakes, by a contract with Groupe JLF, to deliver the order to the buyer’s address provided by Groupe JLF.

For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the import of goods, customs duty, value added tax and other taxes payable under the laws of the country where the order is received. All orders placed with Groupe JLF are intended for personal use by customers. Clients or recipients of the products strictly forbid themselves from their partial or full resale. De facto, Groupe JLF waives any legal liability if the payment of taxes was not made by the customer.

Delivery will be made by SO COLISSIMO in mainland France. Deliveries outside France are made using Colissimo Access outre-mer for French overseas departments and territories, in Colissimo expert international for exports (excluding France and French overseas departments and territories). Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

In case of a technical product, the customer will pay particular attention to check the condition of the product delivered. In the event of any obvious defects, the buyer has the right to return the product in accordance with the terms provided in this document.

Cases of wars, riots, fires, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied are considered as force majeure, releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver.

Always check your parcel on arrival. You have 48 hours to make any claim against the carrier in the event of case of missing or damaged content.

For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered to the customer on several occasions. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wants 2 places of delivery, he/she makes 2 orders, with the applicable delivery costs.

6. Withdrawal

There is a 14 day Money Back Guarantee: you may return your order to us, in the same conditions in which you received it (i.e. in the original packaging and without the products having been used), within 14 days of its receipt. You will then be reimbursed by check or bank transfer within 14 days from the proof of dispatch of the goods (amount refunded: amount of the goods and standard delivery price)

You have 14 days (from receipt of the items) to make up your mind. In the event of exchange or refund, send the new item(s) in its (their) original, intact packaging, coupled with all accessories, invoices and documents to the following address:

7. Price

All prices are quoted in euros, including VAT.
The price indicated on the product description sheets does not include shipping.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed including all taxes and French VAT. This price includes the price of products, handling costs, packaging and the storage of goods, along with transport costs.

8. Payment

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Groupe JLF. The product price is payable in cash on the actual day of the order. Payment is made by credit card bearing the initials CB, or by PayPal account. The online eTransaction payment facility lets you pay via a Crédit Mutuel bank server in a secure environment.

Your credit card number is then directed to the bank’s servers; your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without going through the shop’s server, which is an even greater guarantee as your card numbers are only known by our banking partner (CREDIT MUTUEL). The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective once the payment centers concerned have given their consent. In case of refusal by the said centers, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be notified by email. Moreover, Groupe JLF reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

9. Litigation

This contract is subject to French law. Groupe JLF cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether intangible or tangible, which could result from a malfunction or the improper use of products sold. This is also the case for any changes resulting from manufactured products. Groupe JLF’s liability may not be entailed for simple errors or omissions that may occur, despite all precautions taken in the presentation of products.

Groupe JLF’s liability may not be entailed in cases where the breach of its obligations were to be due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable event of a third party to the contract, or in a case of force majeure, as defined by French law. Similarly, GROUPE JLF’s liability may not be entailed for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of IT viruses.

In case of difficulties in the implementation of this contract, the buyer has the option, before taking any legal action, to seek an amicable solution with the help of: a professional association for the industry, an association of consumers or other counsel of his/her choice. It is reminded that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short delay" of the legal warranty, or the duration of the contractual warranty. It is reminded that, in general, subject to the courts’ discretion, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual warranty, supposes that the buyer will respect his/her financial commitments towards the seller. Claims or disputes will always be received with respect and in good faith, which shall always be presumed to be the case at the party who took the trouble to explain his/her situation. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Otherwise, the competent Court will be that of where the company’s headquarters are found, irrespective of the place of delivery and payment method accepted.

10. Warranty

In all cases, Groupe JLF cannot be held liable for non-compliance with regulations and laws that are in force in the country of receipt, with Groupe JLF’s liability always limited to the value of the product in question, the value on its date of sale, with no possibility of appeal against the brand or the manufacturer of the product. In any case, the client benefits from the legal warranty of eviction and hidden defect (Article 1625 et seq of the Civil Code). On the condition that the customer benefits from the legal warranty of eviction and hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code); if the buyer refers the case to court, he/she must do so within a "short time" after the discovery of the defect (article 1648 of the Civil Code).

11. Legal information

The recoding of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, with this information essential for the processing and delivery of orders, the preparation of invoices and warranty contracts. A failure to provide this information leads to the order’s cancellation. Pursuant to the Data Protection Act, the processing of personal information about customers must be declared to the French Data Protection Agency (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés; CNIL). The customer has (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data about him/herself, which he/she can exert at Groupe JLF. In addition, Groupe JLF undertakes not to provide, either free of charge or in return for financial consideration, information about its customers to third parties.
